It is all the more value addition that this is one of the few divya-dhEsam-s where both Thriumangai Mannan and SvAmi Nam-AzhvAr had sung on. The legend goes that Since, Lord krshNA is very beautiful , the womenfolk were not allowed inside the temple several years back. In the first ThiruvAizmozhi of the fifth ten AzhvAr proclaims that He is all the relatives, be it better half, wealth, children or the extolled parents, He is all. 'sEalEai kaNNiyarum, perum selvamum, nan makkaLum, mEAlAith thAi thandhaiyum avarEa ini AvAREA. Having said this in the first ThrivuAimozhi of the 9th ten, AzhvAr reiterates that the other physical relations are passing clouds and He is the eternal relative. This may be correlated to Sri ANDAL's ThriuppAvai 28 ' vunnOADu vuRAvEAl ingu ozhikka ozhiyAdhu' The temporary nature of wordly pleasures and wealth and the enduring relationship with Him is enunciated in the 'oru nAyakamAi' ThriuvAimozhi 4-1; Sri Thirumangai Mannan summarises all these thoughts in the ThriuvAllavAzh pAsuram 'thandhai Thai mAkkALEA' 9-7 of Periya Thriumozhi. Spurning the temporary nature of royal wealth, worldly pleasures , he prescribes approaching the Lord of ThriuvallA in each of the pAsuram-s. maindhanAr mannanAr mAyanAr vallavAzh .. maruvu nenjEA mANiyArNanAr vaLLaLAr maRai valAr kuRaivilAr vuRaiyum vUr vallavAzh adigaL dAsan vanamamalai padmanabhan
