Guest guest
Namaste All, Any offers on the description by Ammachi, (Amma). IMO it is Savikalpa Samadhi, but not being a Jivanmukta I'm no authority.....ONS...Tony. Ananda Veethi. The Divine Mother with bright, gentle, hands, Caressed my head, With bowed head, I told Mother, That my life is dedicated to Her. Smiling, She became a Divine Effulgence, And merged in me, My mind blosomed, Bathed in the many-hued Light of Divinity, And the events of millions of years gone by, Rose up within me, Thenceforth, Seeing nothing as separate from my own Self, A Single Unity, and merging in the Divine Mother, I renounced all sense of enjoyment. Guest guest
--- Namaste This looks to be a Spiritual Vision .Ramana said these were 'mental' in character and could happen through intense meditation on the Divine Form loved and worshiped .It happens to Saints in all the Higher Religious Traditions .Ramana's Maha Yoga, was given to take the aspirant beyond the Mind as ordinarily understood .This is my view .others may take a different one .Best wishes , in His Grace,Alan > > Any offers on the description by Ammachi, (Amma). Savikalpa Samadhis is not beyond mind totally anyway, as I understand it..........ONS...Tony.

Yes.It does seem that at the end of the vision she fell into A Samahdi State ..The question is were her eyes closed 'seeing nothing' ?then according to Ramana in Talks 17 [end] Page 13 it is nirvikalpa. But if her 'seeing nothing was as separate from her own Self' with her eyes open then it is savikalpa. After the Vision if she stayed in her Natural State it would be sahaja .Regards , Alan > > > > > Post message: RamanaMaharshi > Subscribe: RamanaMaharshi- > Un: RamanaMaharshi > List owner: RamanaMaharshi-owner > > Shortcut URL to this page: > http://www./community/RamanaMaharshi > > Your use of is subject to > > ______________________ Want to chat instantly with your online friends?
