Guest guest
jñAnena tu tadajñAnam yeshAm nASitamAtmanah | teSAmAdityavajjñAnam prakASayati tatparam || (5.16) 21 --- As the sun [dispels darkness], knowledge reveals the Supreme Self to those whose nescience is destroyed by the wisdom of the Self. --- note: There is no such thing as darkness to the sun. Similarly there is no such thing as nescience to the Self. The Self is revealed by the wisdom of the Self. Mediation is not required. As the sun continues to shine, in essence, unaffected by clouds fog etc. so the Self remains, unaffected by superimposition. This changeless self, the self-revealing light, the witness of the three states, should be recognised as one¹s real Self. As the sun shines through when the clouds part, so, the reality of Self spontaneously appears, when there is a break in thought.
