RUSH, N.Y mediated approach to reach God

Dear dhiren pania

Hindu culture is to choose your comfortable form of worship.hence the different

forms of god and rituals placed in different local culture.

However the essence of hindu religion is to surrender yourself to your chosen

deity and answers will be provided to you by god.Surrender leads to acceptance.

This leads to your answer as put forward. To see god is not just to admire the

beauty of creation seen by your eyes. But being able to see between the point of

sight and non sight.Or put it another way, to being able to touch twilight or

dawn. This can be achieved in innumerable permutation and combinations according

to our capacity in our lives way.

Hence, the very many gods/goddesses in our hindu religion such as animal, half

man& half animal, tree, birds, flowers, etc. However, all this is just the

beginning in the journey to realise god.

Dear Shri, Jayakrishnan Ayee,Nice to get quick response.I agree with youre few,

but our religion( mainly hinduism), if we see in true sense has many types of

god & godess and most of them, have some relation with animal, tree, birds,

floweres, etc. These sense tell us to protect these animal, tree, flowere, etc.

For eg. Near Madras, famous small town " CHIDAMBARAM" part of one of the five

element of that is "sky". And that temple a tree called Aegicereas sp. ( its

plant grow in saline are like creek/ estraury).Once they were very much in

chidambaram adn only few are their. Some in Pitchavaram forest. Today also in

the temple these plant is worshipped as idol, but their is no plant their. As

regard Maa Bagla temle, Its part of one of the ten mahavidya. And very strong

godess. In Central &

north India its worshiped mre and not much n South. In the south you have more of

lord Vishnu& Shiva And Maa Lalita is more worshipped. I do not know about

chennai. may be in the interior part the people might be worshipping. It will

be nice to share youre views on these subject.regrardsdhiren pania--- In

So every settlement from earlier stage of human life to present day chooses a
