Guest guest
Dear Ravi Sankar; Thank you so very much for sharing with us this amazing story of bhakti and jnana. Papaji is the Lion who has never stopped roaring in my life. And the force behind him, in him is Ramana. The time frame for this story is around early to mid 1940s, I am guessing. Papaji lived in West Punjab (which is now Pakistan) and Ramana appeared to him as a real person in Pakistan and told him to go see this saint in southern India, who later turned out to be Ramana. So Papaji thinks that Ramana goes around the subcontinent advertising himself but it turns out Ramana never left his ashram in Tiru. So this whole journey for Papaji starts with a miracle appearance of Ramana at his home. I had read this story before but did not read of the anecdote about Ramana crying at the photo of Krishna. Wow, thank you! Ashish
