Dear Michael, David and Alan,

 

Thanks for sharing the experiences and usefull advises.Incidently I also follow

the regimen of scheduled time slot set aside for Sadhana - two hours of predawn

and one hour each of midday and bedtime . Yet it is the joy and the bliss one

enjoys during sadhana time that creates the urge to remain in that state for

more and more time and it is here that the work comes in between.I think the

Grace of The Guru operates and brings about the changes in the life needed at

various stages of Sadhana till we reach the stage of being just the witness of

the bodily activities without getting effected.
