You are Conscious of your body being there [look down at it’s form ]and then see your surroundings out there too. This Consciousness starts from behind the eyes, focus there This is the screen on which the outer objects and body are seen and are projected It is the same Consciousness you had as a child ,as you got older , and have now It is unchanging It is birthless and deathless It is Divine This Pure Absolute Consciousness is what I REALLY AM not the mind and body with which I am identified Feel “I AM THAT” Pure Absolute Consciousness GOD SELF THE DIVINE BRAHMAN OM Not the feelings or thoughts But ‘THAT' I AM “I AM THAT I AM “ Rest there for as long as the energy lasts -oOo- This can be tried with other senses -not only visually with the eyes .
