Guest guest
Dear Sri Sridhar, Thanks for the enquiry .In my view the principle is if "if they come unsought' it is a permitted happening and a byproduct of the sadhana according to the will of the Self and is no cause for concern -but they should never be sought -this is an egoistic activity and delays Self Realisation even if the siddhi is gained .Hope this clarifies your question .I am open to other views. Guest guest
Thanks Alan This makes it very clear. I guess as a sadhak it is better to be wary and a realized person would not have this question . warm regards Sridhar RamanaMaharshi, Alan Jacobs <alanadamsjacobs> wrote: > Dear Sri Sridhar, > > Thanks for the enquiry .In my view the principle is if "if they come unsought' it is a permitted > happening and a byproduct of the sadhana according to the will of the Self and is no cause for > concern -but they should never be sought -this is an egoistic activity and delays Self > Realisation even if the siddhi is gained .Hope this clarifies your question .I am open to other > views. > > Best wishes , in Sri Bhagavan's Grace , Alan
