Guest guest
I intend to share a practical experience with fellow devotees and would appreciate the advises. During most of the waking hours, more so when the mind is stilled a bit, I experience a sort of pull / waves of pull and sometimes throb in the head and the forehead. Also many a times in between there is a pierceing sort of sensation at the point between the eyebrows and at the top of the head. This is not a pain and doesnot create any discomfort rather I have started missing it when not there. The throbbing sensation is also occasionally experienced behind the shoulders. I spend on an average four hours a day exclusively dedicated to self enquiry apart from holding on to the awareness as far as possible during working hours. This pull vanishes ( or perhaps I am no more aware of it ) once I have dived deep within during self enquiry. Would be interested to be enlightened on the above. Guest guest
I too find such sensations only during meditation. But it is not sustaining for long time. In fact today during end of meditation (still eyes closed) I was folding both hands in the postue Namaskar , a lively pleasent current moving as though going in a curvature , ending with tips of fingers. I feel it is life current. I am not sure Is it a measure of purification that goes on? I am also looking for experiences of others in this group Yours in Bhagavan, Chandru sdalakoti <sdalakoti (AT) jkpm (DOT) jkmail.com> wrote: I intend to share a practical experience with fellow devotees and would appreciate the advises.
