Guest guest
Dear Sri Sidhartha, I hesitate to comment on another's experience of this kind, because each one of us has a very different internal configuration , body, vasanas, sheaths, vrittis, samskaras etc.So no two Devotees will necesarily experience similar happenings. However Ramana has made it plain that the Atma Vichara if earnestly pursued , as you obviously are ,is a purification of vasanas etc. and there will be pain and strain while this is going on for howevr long it takes.Grace is active. He says persevere it will all be all right in the end .So as my main Sadhana is Diving Into the Heart the side effects are pleasnt rather than unpleasant except for occaisional headaches and vasanas emerging such as strong rajastic tendencies , for example .So persevere and if Diving suits you better than give attention to that . In my oppinion The Self-the Sat-Guru within directs the practice for the earnest seeker .What ever you do is permitted and in its way the best for you .Have faith in that power which knows the way , All love, in the glory of His boundless Grace, Alan --- sdalakoti <sdalakoti wrote: > I intend to share a practical experience with fellow devotees and would appreciate the advises. > During most of the waking hours, more so when the mind is stilled a bit, I experience a sort of > pull / waves of pull and sometimes throb in the head and the forehead. The point is .....that as soon as something has your attention , ask to whom it arrises. Who is noticing? Whatever comes will go. Turn the attention back to ones self and keep it there untill that "you" falls mysteriously into the Heart of All Existence. Namaste, Shawn
