A MEDITATION

 

 

"I AM THAT", the perfect ,flawless, pristine

Consciousness; see-er,seeing and the seen,

Para-Brahman, The Absolute Supreme,

Unborn ,deathless ,no longer lost in dream.

For this boundless Grace and beatitude

I am full of love, joy and gratitude

 

I exist , 'I am' in the here and now

"I am THAT I am". to my Self, I bow.

In the play of life I am the dreamer ,

I am its Producer and Arch-Schemer,

Director,author,acting every part,

And screen; yet unaffected in my Heart.

 

I am the enjoyer of the drama

In me falls the whole vast panorama

From atoms to the stars and our great Sun

The universe proclaims that "all is One"!

I am neither this body nor this mind

I play a game ,my Self,I'm aiming to find.

 

Jai! to Bhagavan Ramana our Lord

Who hands us his atma vichara sword

To cut the knot of ignorance and sleep

If we dive down to seek it's source so deep.

There's nothing to fear,all's perfectly good,

All is unfolding precisely as it should .
