In vision divine I view you as Subrahmanya,

In human form the very best,of Brahmanyas,

Not on Tiruttani Hill, nor on Swamimalai,

Nor on the holy peak of Mount Venkatachala,

Do you dwell,oh Lord, but on Sacred Arunachala!

Oh Lord, in ancient days, you to famed Sage Narada,

Of 'The Ground of Being',did teach him Bhuma Vidya.
