Hello everyone,

I wish you all a happy 125 Jayanthi of Bhagavan Ramana

Maharshi and a wonderful holiday season.

What is your recommendation on a person who has

worldly attachements and responsibilities in the west

and wants to leave for good to Tiru, to leave near

Sri. Ramanasramam?

This desire has been STRONGLY there for the past 4

years, ever since I have been introduced to Ramana

Maharshi.

In Bhagavan

Zoya.

Dear Zoya,

,

I know your condition very well from my own experience. The only I can

give you is that, whenever the time is ripe, Arunachala will call you

and make arrangements for your journey no matter what attachments you

have. Until then trust in the Self and practice Maharshi's teachings.

With Love

Christiane

Dear Zoya,

many devotees desire to go to Arunachala - and some also to live there permanently.

May be in one and the other case this is the right thing - then it will clearly turn out.

In many cases it is not. Otherwise Arunachala would be so flooded with people - that

no one can live there anymore. The place is more and more crowded with visitors -

I am unsure if this gives such a peaceful circumstance of longterm life in

reality - perhaps only in imagination.

But what do I know?

It is nice to visit - but to live there? What shall all the devotees do there longterm?

If this sounds not devotee-like - I am sorry. But this is what I feel about.

On foot of your message you have written a quote by Bhagavan Ramana - perhaps this is the

answer?

yours

Gabriele
