Guest guest
e.g. Does one keep striving to hold ones breath longer and longer each day ... or does one do a regular 1-1-1 (one count inhale, one hold, one exhale) type of thing. Does one try to slow down the breathing ... .... hold breath after each inhale and make this a habit ...Some precise technique would be appreciated. All the books of Bhagavan talk of this, but i could find no elaboration.Does it mean holding the breath. Is there some technique to it ? e.g. Does one keep striving to hold ones breath longer and longer each day ... or does one do a regular 1-1-1 (one count inhale, one hold, one exhale) type of thing.
