Guest guest
In 40 verses on reality verse 38 it refers to the triple karma. Could someone explain what this is? Thanks, Louis.

Itis only so long as dehatma buddhi (‘I-am-the-body idea’) lasts. After transcending dehatma buddhi one becomes a jnani. In theabsence of that idea (buddhi) there cannot be either kartritva orkarta. So a jnani has no karma.John <ramanachala (AT) onetel (DOT) com> wrote: Louis,Here is a link which shows the breakdown of verse 38.The_Deep_Forty/message/239sanchita (sanchita karma): accumulated karma of former birthsagami (agami karma): actions expected to bear fruit in future birthsMaharshi:That which has already begun to bear fruit is classified asprarabdha Karma (past action).
