Guest guest
thanks, Atanu for your reply on Ramana handling the load, and even being the load. i do remind myself that this is all his play, He is playing these roles and testing me. Your answer is reassuring :-) Regarding what to do when 'friends' ask questions of us about doership - I've found I can just keep still. I don't have to speak. People are accustomed to controlling us through questions. Just relax. It passes. David, our Indian context is different. We cannot keep silent when certain elders and relatives who are against this path keep questioning us. This becomes the final turmoil that keeps troubling me, esp when i try to sit quiet. However, when I am alone and these thoughts come up, i do keep reflecting as to "who is disturbed? Who feels hurt by being questioned ?". I know it is the ego that is hurt and not the real "I". Sometimes i feel this is why aspirants have to leave their normal lives and live away from society. In Ramana,Ananda
