Guest guest
Hare Krishna Prabhu, I think what you have summed up very nicely is the essence of shastras. As many of you may be aware, there are "apparent contradictions" in some places in our great Vedic literature that is not possible for our "little mind" (which is still material) to comprehend logically. Therefore our acharyas have always emphasized that we must strictly follow what is instructed by: (1) Acharyas; (2) Shastras; and (3) Sadhu or guru. And finally, even we follow all these rules and regulations very strictly, but do not develop love or prema or rati for Krishna or Vishnu, then it is not very useful. Let us try to help each other in this group to advance in the most glorified path, bhakti. Radha-Krishnabhyam Namah!!
