There's a new virus out there which is pretty nasty.

It installs a keyboard logger on an infected system

and emails any captured accounts/passwords

to one in a list of accounts.

 

It also replies to your unread email to spread itself.

 

As your Network Admins to install filters in your incoming mail servers

to stop the virus from coming in,

Not only will this help protect your personal information, but also helps

prevent spreading malicious software.

Takes very little time.

Most systems come with a copy of some anti-virus software. Install it. Also,

please visit the vendor's website and update the software files to block new

viruses.

If you are not familiar or comfortable doing the above please take the help

of a computer professional.
