Guest guest
At 05:00 PM 1/28/02 +0100, you wrote: >Hello, > >I want to know if there is a Yantra of all Mahavidyas. >I know there is a Yantra for each Mahavidya, but is there also a Yantra of all Mahavidyas together? >Where can I find more information? > >Kind regards, >Alex > Dear Mr.Kafka: Besides the individual yanthrAs for the Ten "MahA VidhyAs" in Taanthric way of worship of Sakthi , there is a MahA yanthram , which dominates over all of " the dasa MahA VidhyAs". MahA NirvANa Tantra describes it. It has the BhuvanEswarI Bheejam (HrIm) at the center of a Triangale circumscribed by a Circle. It is circumscribed by another circle containing 8 lotus petals demarcated with dobule lines between each of them. The whole of this is inside the outter square with its rectangles at the each of the sides of the square shape as in the outter section of SrI Chakram (BhU Chakram). There is a lot of controversy about the Taanthric way of worship compared to the more auspicious Vadhiic way ( Vedic/ Aagamic way ) of worship. This forum is NOT appropriate to follow up on this matter. SrI VidyA UpaasakAs can help you on these matters. Many TanthrA Texts also will be of help to you. As a devotee , who has surrenderd totally at the feet of Sriman NaarAyaNan , I am NOT a follower of Sakthi worship .I am describing this to you as an ACADEMIC matter only. SrI Chakram worshipping MahA Lakshmi (not SrI LalithA) and the VishNu Yanthram symbolizing the Suddha Satthvamaya Tatthvam celebrating SrI VaasudEva manthram alone are acceptable to SrI VaishNavAs for daily worship . Hope this helps, V.Sadagopan
