Guest guest
Sriman Narayana namah Sri Krishnaya namah I read about the guru-yantra, which can be worshiped instead of the acarya murthy, is this yantra know to a Srivaisnava, or available somewhere? Also my question is, is the worship of padukas same and then worshiping the acaryas one can do abhiseka of the padukas and can do this abhiseka with salagram tirtham. adiyen Damana Krishna dasan

Like Sri-chakra or yantra. I am not interested in worship of navagraha only in Perumal and vaisnava aradhana. I am very sorry for this mistake. Thank you for your patience. adiyen Damana Krishna dasan
Guest guest
hari om. yes, guru means 'brihaspati', the biggest or heaviest of the nine planets (astronomically sun is not a planet but a star), though astrologically sun is treated as a graha. guru has one meaning that is heavy. worshipping guru (acharya) or His padukas is equivalent. about salagram tirtham, i can't answer, since salagram is considered to be Sri Vishnu. may be some other members can throw more light. hari om. swamy swarna --- "Damana Krishna (das) JPS (Mayapur - IN)" <Damana.Krishna.JPS wrote:
