Panguni Uthiram Celebrations at SriRanganatha Temple, Pomona.

Dear Devotees,

Sri Ranganatha Temple at Pomona, NY has a wonderful tradition celebrating

festivals in an authentic way. Like previous years, we have planned to celebrate

Panguni Uthiram in a grand manner. Apart from SriRanga Nachchiyar's

Thirunakshatram (Birthday), Panguni Uthiram is the day Swami SriRamanuja

performed Saranagathi at the holy feet of Divyadhampathigal and gave us

Gadhyatrayam. This year Panguni Uthiram falls on March 18, Tuesday. It would be

sufficient even if we take half-a-day off, because all the programs start only

at evening 8.00 pm.

Full program has given below. Please make an attempt to attend celebrations and

receive the blessings of Divya Dhampathigal.

 

8.00 PM Matta Adi Seva (fruits throwing seva) as Perumal (Lord Ranganatha)

comes in procession to Thayar (Mahalakshmi) Sannidhi (Sanctum Sanctorum)

8.30 PM Special Honors to Sri Ramanuja and Gadhayatrayam Recitation

 

9 PM to 10 PM ChatuhShahti Kalasabhisheka to the Divya
