I refer the site "www.aptemples.com" for a detailed meaning of some of the namavalis & the stories behind them along with phalasruti. It may be realised that each nama is actually a manthram (Sage Vyasa). I also refer to a Journal called VAK (interested people can contact me) which has been publishing the above namavali stories in a serialised manner. These articles are written by Sri U.Ve.
