It is likely that many more in India will be experiencing similar problems, not only in respect of "Sri Ranga Sri" but also of other sites. I am as much an illiterate in Computer technology as in every other field!. I will be grateful if anyone could suggest any means to fix this problem or suggest some other alternatives, for the benefit of our members in India.
