May 3rd is Narasimha Jayanthi - panagam maybe made and offered to Lord Narasimha

 

Panagam

 

Jaggery 100 gms

Cardamom 2

Lime 1/2

Dry Ginger ( Chukku) a small piece

 

Dissolve jaggery in 1 1/2 cups of water.

Filter and add lime juice, cardamom powder

and chukku powder.

Cool it in a refrigerator and serve.
