45th Azhagiyasingar Utsava Vigraha Pratishtha at Sri Ranganatha Temple, NY, USA:

Dear Devotees of Lord Lakshmi-Nrusimha and Sishyas of Srimat Azhagiyasingar

and all abhimanis of Sri Ahobila Muth,

 

We are very happy to inform you all that the Board Of Trustees of Sri

Ranganatha Temple, unanimously approved to do the Pratishtha of the Utsva

Vigraha of our beloved 45th Azhagiyasingar at our Sri Ranganatha Temple,

based on the recommendations of the Religious Committee.

 

Recently, we had the bhagyam of submitting this proposal at the Holy Feet of

our beloved Srimat Azhagiyasingar and our Acharya blessed this proposal with

His pari-poorna anugraham.

 

The Details are: to get 45 kilograms of Silver vigraha, preferably made at

Selayur, Madras, ( if possible) under H.H. Supervision.

 

Estimated cost: 45 kilograms of Silver @ 10,000= rupees / Kg will be Rs

4,50,000= ( $ 10,000=) and making and transportation charges around $4,000=

to a total of $14,000=, which we can easily raise, with H.H. blessings and

with all your participation.

 

Already, a couple of devotees expressed their full support, and their desire

to bear the whole cost themselves, BUT other devotees expressed that we

should give an opportunity to all sishyas of our Srimat Azhagiuyasingars to

take part in this Holy project, by contributing in multiples of $45=

 

We request you all to contribute your might, in multiples of $45=, take part

in this once-in-a-lifetime kaimkaryam of this Holy nature, and let us all

pray that we will be able to complete the project, invite one and all to

come together and join hands and plan to do the installation on H.H.

that even if I peel of my entire skin and offer to H.H. as padukas ( a

sincere TELUGU expression, and Please forgive me if this expression meant

different in English and / or other languages), I will never be able to
