Dear Attorneys:

I am in receipt of a plethora of mails arguing for and against the two

clients, each argument running to several pages, in the process testing the

patience of readers who have also complained in this regard.

 

 

Any posting on the subject on either side may not exceed 1 or 2 pages and

should be strictly relevant to the main presentations by the respective

Chief Counsels and may be got vetted and routed through the Chief Prosecutor /

Chief Defendent as the case may be, so that an agreed presentation is made.

 

If this is not adhered to, we may reach a stage to apply the guillotine on

further discussions sooner than later.
