Dear Sri Manoram

The good book for Ramanuja Biography is by Sri Govindhacharya. It is

available in Chennai (I think it is 66, Rangachari Road, Mylapore).

The Life of Ramanujacharya

Author : Alkondaville Govindacharya

Publisher : Sri Visishtadvaita Research Center

Version : English (pp. 220)

Also on swamy Desikan- there is an excllent book- which is a must

read

The Life and Works of Sri Nigamanta Maha Desikan

Author : Prof. A. Srinivasaraghavan

Publisher : Visishtadvaita Pracharani Sabha

Version : English (pp. 98)

Trust this helps

I have found

1)The book "The life and teachings of Sri

Ramanujacharya" by C.R.Srinivasa Aiyengar to be

interesting. This book gives some traditional

information not found in other books. This was

published by R.Venkateshwar & co, Madras, somewhere

around 1950.

2)The book written by Swami Ramakrishnananda, the

first President of Ramakrishna Math, Madras is equally

good. It is highly readable and is written with great

reverence for the Acharya.
