Guest guest
Smt. Sripriya, Regarding the issue of dreams, we are taught by our Acharyas that what we call the "dream state" is yet another part of Sriman Narayana's Leela Vibhuthi. As it is a distinct reality from this one, it could very well be that different rules apply as to what we experience there. Hence, dreams in which souls or devathas appear and offer messages should be construed as a means for them to communicate with us. Our Acharyas are quite clear as this being the case when it comes to Acharyas, Azhwars, Nitya Suris, or Archa Murthies come to us. It is just another way for them to bestow us with their karunyam. For many years, my mother has had dreams of archa vigrahas from various divya deshams and abhimana sthalams. Often, they are of temples that she has never visited before. She makes it a point to find the place that is mentioned in her dream when she and my father visit India. Interestingly, the place the she visits and the Deity that resides therein are just as she dreams about them. Jai Srimannarayana!
