AmAvAsyai and Maasa PiRappu for the year 2005

Dear BhakthAs:

When I sent earlier the Dates for SravaNam and EkAdasi ,

few of you have asked for information on the dates for AmAvAsyai

and Maasa PiRappu . The infrmation I have sent and will be sending

are for U.S.East Coast and they are bound to be different for India .

In India , you can easily get them from Srirangam Koil or other PanchAngams.

 

AmAvAsyai: Jan 9 , Feb 8 , March 9 , April 8 , May 7 , June 6 , July 5 ,

August 4 , September 3 , October 2 , November 1 , December 30 .

 

Maasa PiRappu : Thai (Makara Ravi: , Jan 14 )

Maasi ( Kumbha Ravi: Feb 12 )

Panguni (Meenam Ravi: March13 )

Chitthirai (Mesha Eavi: April 13 )

VaikAsi ( Vrushabha Ravi : May 14 )

Aani ( MiTuna Ravi : June 14 )

Aadi ( KaDaka RAVI : July 16)

AavaNi ( Simha Ravi: Aug 16 )

PurattAsi ( Kanni Ravi : September 16 )

Iyppasi ( TulA Ravi : October 17 )

Kaarhtigai ( Vrucchika RAVI : November 16)

Maarghazhi ( Dhanus Ravi: December 15)
