The document is available in Tamil, English, Kannada, and Telegu. Please visit the site and print the document. At the end of the document is a series of tables that deals with the current year, date, thithi, day of the week, month etc. Please incorporate these into the procedure at the appropriate places based on when you perform the Upakarma. I thank Sri Kadambi and Sri Rajagopalan for making this available in such a wonderful format to this group.
