" Sri Seva Swamy alias Seva Sri N. Srinivasaraghavachariar is known to Sri

Vaishnava world especially to the Sri Vaishnavas of Sri Desika sampradaya. The

temple " Manimandapam", he established in 1967 at Villivakkam after the seventh

birth centenary celebrations of Sri Vedantha Desika became the nerve centre of

various socio-religious activities. Through his kalakshepams many Sri

Vaishnavites got docorate degrees from Madras University. Throughout his

illustrious life he lived for the probagation of teachings/works of Swami

Desika. He was the President's awardee.

He used to tell that he always sought the anugraha of Swami Desika and

nothingelse and not even the anugraha of Sriman Narayanan, as Acharya

anugraham is most important for everthing even to reach the lotus feet of

Paramathma.His bhakthi, devotion, dedication etc towards Swami Desika is

unparalelled.

 

He started a monthly magazine " Sri Desika Seva " in 1950 and single handedly

pioneer the cause through this journal This magazine took an attractive look

in 2003 in design,content etc. This magazine carries articleson Swami Desika

sampradaya, on various works of Swami Desikan including the famous Q & A of Sri

Seva Swamy written by him previously. This magazine is useful not only to

vidwans but also to youngsters who are eager to know and understand Sri Desika

Sampradaya

It is a well-known fact the intricacies/difficulties/bottle-necks in

running a magazine without the rich feeding by Corporates/Companies by way of

Ads, especially a religious magazine that too on Sri Desika Sampradaya

 

Sri Vaishnavas living not only in Southern States, then in Maharashtra,

Delhi Calcutta of northern States but also in abroad are now eager to know

about Sri Desika Sampradaya and also to to study the various beautiful works

such as stotras, kavyas, prapantas etc. . They want to know themselves first

and then to train their sons & daughters in this sampradaya. These

prabagating the works of Swami Desika to 1500 families
