In the earlier posting it was seen

that sri azhagia maNavALap perumAL nAyanAr pointed out that swAmi nam-AzhwAr

had used the term "kaLvA"

and thErthan'

in the second pathu to establish Lord's supremacy by vision and words.

The vision seen by arjunA was seen in the previous message. In this posting

let us see about "kaLvA" ."kaLvA" is the word uttered

by shivA towards Lord krishNA.

 

thiru voi mozhip pAsuram 2-2-10

describes this event:

"kaLvA!

emmaiyum, Ezhulagum nin vullEa

thORRiya iRaiva! enRu

veL ERan,

nAnmugan, indhiran,

vAnavar, puLLUrdhi kazhal paNindhu

EthuvarE"

 

"You deceit! You are the person

who has created me and the whole world" with this word shiva worshipped

Lord krishNA.

What is this episode?

 

shivA desired a boon from the Lord.

He wanted the Lord to take a boon from Him so that everybody will believe

in his superiority.Lord krishNa went and approached shivA and asked for

a son for rukminip pirAtti. Oh! Lord, YOu are the creator of us and the

whole world and if you ask for such a boon who will believe this. Deceit-kaLvA.
