Actually, the Lord had taken the real amudham - periya pirAtti- and distributed only the balance portion. "pEN amudhuNda em-perumAn" is the thiru-mozhip pAsuram " mandharam nAtti anRu madhurak kozhum sARu koNDa sundhrath thOLudaiyAn" is nAchiyAr thirumozhi. "thAn sAkshAth amudhathai vuNDu, brahmAdhigaLukku kOdhaik koduthAn" sri bhattar. He took the real essence of the 'amrudham' and distributed the balance.
