Guest guest
thiru-naRaiyUr thEAnEA thiru-naRaiyUr perukkukku sinai-ARu padugiRadhu kiDAi After the first two thiru-mozhi-s of sixth ten, the next thirumozhi being the third decadent is also dedicated to Lord Oppiliappan. However, here in the third pAsuram Sri thirumangai mannan talks of thiru-naRaiyUr perumAL. The words in the pAsuram are "thiru-naRaiyUr thEnEA' 6-3-3; Why should he talk of this perumAL when talking about Oppiliappan divya-dhEsam? is the question addressed to Sri bhaTTar , who mentioned: "thiru-naRaiyUr perukkukku sinai-ARu padugiRadhu kiDAi" Hundred pAsuram-s are dedicated to the Lord of thiru-naRaiyUr after this divya-dhEsam. The indication is hinted here in the divine and sweet words "thiru-naRaiyUr thEnEA" When there is going to be a flood in the river it is indicated by early signals. Similarly, the impending flood of pAsuram-s to emanate from Sri kaliyan on Sri thiru-naRAiyUr perumAL is indicated from these beautiful words. 'thiru-naRaiyUr perukku sinai-ARu padugiRadhu kiDAi' And there goes bhaTTar again. dAsan vanamamalai padmanabhan
