Guest guest
SrI: SrImatE rAmAnujAya nama: SrI lakshmI narasimha parabrahmaNE nama: dear one, The birth of a person certainly helps in shaping up one's character, which verily depends on past karma. The simple point is, the son of a butcher most likely becomes a non-vegetarian, the son of a brahmin most likely becomes a vegetarian. Hence, our birth has an influence on our habbits. However, to cultivate good qualities depends very much on the individual. Birth doesnot ensure good habbits, but helps to acquire good qualities if born in good families. Sometimes a low-born may also acquire the qualities of a brahmin. But in the vaishNava context, every one is a servant of SrImAn nArAyaNa, no matter what caste you are from. But what service we perform for the Lord changes based on caste. A brAhmin vaishNava may act as a priest, and a shUdra vaishNava may clean the temple premises; but both are equal servants infront of our all merciful Lord. Developing the quality of servitude to the Lord and His devotees is the real practise of vaishNavism. dAsOham, SrIperumbUdUru vEnkaTa vinOd. about our birth hai, i had a doubt about our births.if u can able 2 clear my doubt please,u said our birth will b decided by our karmas,a man who born as a brhamin did u say it is a good one or bad? i didnt think it as a bad one, but some of those are having a bad character, bad habbits? but they are a brahamin by birth what do u think about this?
