'vEAzham thuyar keda viNNoAr perumAnAl, Azhi paNi koNdAnAl inRu muRRum, adhnukkarUL seidhAnAl inRu muRRum' PeriyAzhwAr Thirumozhi 2-10 This vEazham describes the removal of hurdles for GajEndhrAzhwAn. 2. '..vEAzha maruppai osithAn, viNNavarku eNNal ariyAn' ThiruvAi mozhi 1-9-2; 'Angu vEAzhathin kombu koNdu' 11-2-2; Periya Thirumozhi Here, it is the Lord krishNA's valorous act of killing the elephant 'kuvalaiyApEtam' 3. Now it is the case of an elephant trying to pacify its pair by offering honey. 'perugu madha vEzham mAppidikku mun ninRu, irukaN iLa mUngil vAngi arugirundha thEan kalandhu nETTum ThriuvEnkatam kaNdEr, vAn kalandha vaNNan varai iraNDAm thiruvandhAdhi 75; 4.
