Guest guest
Dear SrEvaishNavites, The 39th sUthram of mumUkshuppadi refers to prapanna-parithrANam. 'Eswaranai ozhindhavargaL rakshagar allar enbadhai prapanna parithrANathilEa sonnoAm' While describing that the Lord is The Saviour of one and all, in mumUkshuppadi- for akArArtham-Thriumandhirap prakaraNam: the following question arises: a. does not the other deities protect us? b. do not the parents protect us? NO. is the answer. These are all artifical relationships. The Lord is the natural relative to us and this is given in detail in 'prapanna parithrANam'. A brief look into the prapanna parithrAnam: That: Brothers are not protectors can be seen in the instance of vAli and rAvaNA. Sons are not protectors can be seen in the case of rudhran and kamsan. Parents are not saviours can be observed in the case of kaikayEa and hiranyan. Then who is the real saviour. He is the ultimate and all relatives He is the rakshagan.
