How to Stop Outlook Express!

Dear Devotees,

 

One of the devotees mailed me the following question:

 

"How do I remove Outlook Express. I tried to remove it. But I was not able to do that?"

 

Ans:

 

Actually you cannot uninstall Outlook Express. But there is one way to get rid

of this e-mail program. Kindly follow the below steps to stay aloof from this

program:

 

1) Open Outlook Express.

2) Click "Tools" menu.

3) Select the "Accounts" option.

4) A window appears. In that select the 2nd tab called "Mail".

5) Now under "Account" column your e-mail account/s will be displayed. Select

all those e-mail accounts and click "Remove" button on right hand side.

6) And finally close and forget Outlook Express.

 

Now no more automated spam postings from your e-mail ids.

 

I know that those who are used with Outlook Express, it is bit tough to leave

it. But what to do? We have to stop using e-mail programs like Outlook Express

for safety measures.

display of email accountsunder the "Accounts" column. Is is blank. Thenh in
