Guest guest
harE krShNa! AzhwArgaL thiruvadigaLE sharaNam! jay shrIlA praBhupAdha! Dear Devotee Sri Sri Sister Saroja Ramanujam, Kindly accept my humble obiescances. My reply to your words, follow below in blue colour: - Balaji - The Servant of Devotees! So that we cannot say that this vaiShNava sampradhAyam place 'not desirable', that vaiShNava sampradhAyam place 'not desirable', etc. when after all, as you said it is just praising the true supreme lord. Actually I contributed to a Iskon group earlier and wrote according to the principles of Ramanuja and Desika to which they objected and I had to pullout of the group. //This is a very wrong thing done by the group moderator, who banned you from the group. After all we are not big big AchAryAs to speak precisely. We are here to learn about the lord. And throwing out of the group is some what not a good thing and a spirit-less character I guess. I had to pull out of one vaishnavite group also for a similar reason whoch shows that I am not bigotted. This vaishnavite group insisted that I should use only vaishnacvite jargon to which I took objection as the main purpose I started writing on visishtadvaita philosophy and works is that it should be made intelligible for all outside the fold of srivaishnavism. //For this also I conclude that banning is some what spirit-less feature of the group moderator. But my suggestion is that one must not disturb the group which is following particular rules if there is something really different from one sampradhAyam to another sampradhAyam. Because this may effect the neophyte devotees of that group. The neophytes may think, "If I follow this it will be more advantageous, if I follow that sampradhAyam it will be more advantageous." and finally he may be lead to total confusion. To speak with you frankly, I mailed the 'Power of Chanting' to shrI vaiShNavam groups also generally. I came to know that shrI vaiShNavam follows different manthrAs in the place of harE krShNa mahA manthram. So when I came to know this fact, though I received so many postings regarding this topic, I kept silent myself as I must not disturb the group. If I were wrong in adjudging Iskon phloisophy in any way I stand corrected. My view is that no school of philosophy or religion should curtail freedom of expression as long as it is not atheistic.I will definitely visit the website you have specified and will come back to you.
