Guest guest
hello ... probably the shiva puja book is the best place to start, externally. internally, the best place to start is contemplating Shree Maa's very terse statements such as "Ask for God, don't ask for anything else" [paraphrased] etc. i have met people who become lost in the external action of puja and then they drift away, once again seeking for energy transmission, and the various FX of spiritual life. the heart is the #1 one priority. that is where you meet god. the god that pretends to be you of your personal life will meet the god that is within you. this meeting of self is what all sadhana is for. but if a person does sadhana without focusing on that core purpose they will become very divided and cold inside. the first thing is to know who you are, or to want to know who you are. the reaching for god within should be like a person stuck in quicksand reaching for the only branch in sight. that emotional/spiritual impulse is where you start. perhaps you have already started. steve , "cytexonedasa" <c.smith wrote: > > New to this board and truly don't know where to start.
