Guest guest
I'm looking for material regarding any sort of comparative study on Indian/Buddhist negative dialectics compared/confronted with Western, in particular Hegelian, and even more especifically Adornian output. My main purpose is to comparatively ascertain the problem of identidity in the dialectical methode in Adorno's Negative Dialektik vis-a-vis Nagarjuna's mUlamadhyamikakarikA. Any sugestion or bibliographical reference will be most welcome. Also anything more recently published direct or indirectly related to negative dialectics as des-construction path will also contribute.I understand that some members of this list find it not worth enough the effort, but I still think that there is an important bridge to be build here. Guest guest
This is a topic which interested Bimal Matilal. He wrote about it in his _The Navya-Nyaya Doctrine of Negation_ (1968), and returned to it in sections of _Epistemology, Logic, and Grammar in Indian Philosophical Analysis_ (1971) and _Logic, Language, and Reality_ (1985).
