Guest guest
Sorry, C. Wedemeyer for stepping outside. It won't happen again. I was always wondering why Dr. Rajesh Kochhar insists on reducing the number of posts. It's good to have short one word or few words postings once a while. But for real knowledge of Indology to be communicated, detailed discussions are needed. Is it not? One of the first to suggest the constraints was Jean-Luc, if I recall my old Indology list memories. Always I feel that as long as without any insults, and indologically relevant stuff, the constraints on size or no. of posts are not needed. Years ago, Dr. J-L. Chevillard was arguing for reduction of posts: http://listserv.liv.ac.uk/cgi-shl/WA.EXE?A2=ind9906&L=indology&P=R1126 http://listserv.liv.ac.uk/cgi-shl/WA.EXE?A2=ind9901&L=indology&P=R1875 2 But now, JLC is writing many postings in CTamil egroup. May that trend flourish! Let Indologists and knowledgeable others write more! May INDOLOGY and CTamil flourish! Regards, N. Ganesan
