K. Mazumdar ("Manava Sulba Sutram", Journal of the Department of Letters (Calcutta University), vol. 8 (1922), pp. 327- 342) mentions the recent discovery of the Varaha Sulbasutra and the Vadhula Sulbasutra. He mentions that one Dr. Rama Shama Shastry drew his attention to a manuscript of the Varaha Sulbasutra in Mysore, while he himself found a manuscript in Bombay. He further mentions that the Vadhula Sulbasutra was discovered recently in Madras. David Pingree ("Review of The Sulbasutras of Baudhayana, Apastamba, Katyayana and Manava with Text, English Translation and Commentary by S. N. Sen and A. K. Bag", Historia Mathematica, vol. 15, no. 2 (May 1988), pp. 183-185) writes about the Varaha and Vadhula Sulbasutras that it is "rumored that manuscripts still survive". I hope this helps a little.
