Majumdar and Pushpa Niyogi have also written on the end of these universities (Nalanda, Vikramasila etc.) and also on their general curriculum etc. If my memory serves me correctly, although they have written separate books, both of the books are entitled something like "Buddhism in Ancient Bengal."
