Bibliographic mystery

In some old papers I found a reference to a book/paper(?) by De Vreese,

1980, dealing with the Pali verbs Thapeti, deti, gaNheti, gaccahati and

tiTThati (late Pali). I am unable to locate the full reference. Is there

anybody out there who can give me the full reference?
