question on fonts for transliterating Arabic and Sanskrit

Dear Netters,

I am hoping to type an article which will involve both Sanskrit and

Perso-Arabic words.

The font I use represents Sanskrit retroflexes by Roman consonants

with a dot underneath -- the standard transliteration.

But Arabic velar consonants are also often represented that way. Thus

I am forced to use the same symbol for the Sanskrit retroflex s and

for the Arabic velar suad; the same symbol for the Sanskrit retroflex

t, and for the Arabic velar 'tayn'; I can only hope the reader will

judge from the context which sound is being meant.

Do you know of a font which will have distinct symbols for Perso-

Arabic and Indic sounds?

Please let me know,

Thank you,

Dileep
