To the best of my knowledge, MarAthii word "PAUsa" is related to Sanskrit

word "Var~sA". One cannot say, however "PAUsa" is Sanskrit word. To the

best of my knowledge the word "PratimA" is Sanskrit word and not

IndoEuropean word. Are not the western Indologists telling us that

Sanskrit was indigeneously developed language after Aryans brought the

socalled unknown dialect of PIE to India? Could anybody clearly tell me

the earlier form of Upasarga "prati" along with 10 words with that

Upasarga in IndoEuropean (language)?

Thanks. N.R.Joshi.
