Guest guest
Message #26593 of the Indology Archive contains an insightful posting by Yaroslav Vassilkov on BMAC Writing. There is a recent report in New York Times which provides a direct view of the Anau stone seal. Full text: http://www.nytimes.com/2001/07/31/science/social/31SEAL.html It shows four signs. I agree with Vassilkov that the pictographs on the seal are comparable to the signs of the 'Indus Script'. More, the pictographs match with those found on pure tin ingots found from a ship-wreck in Haifa! More on this at http://sarasvati.simplenet.com/anau/anau01.htm http://sarasvati.simplenet.com/decode/script01.htm A parallel thread is ongoing in the IndianCivilization .
