Where can these Journals be found in Delhi/N. India?

I'm staying in India for a while but escaping the heat up here in the

Himalayas. I need help locating the following:

 

1) Does anyone know of a good source for the following journals?

2) Are there services available in India similar to U.S. campuses

where I could hire someone to photocopy some journal articles for me

and give them to my agent in Delhi to mail to me?
