[Y-Indology] Where can these Journals be found in Delhi/N. India?

Most of these journals are available in the Bhandarkar O. R. Institute Pune.

Thanks, I'll contact them (y'all.) Well, I will as soon as I get the

digest form of this ng. truncates email addresses so I couldn't

get the entire adress from your message on the web site. :(

 

When I was in Delhi I had quite a hard time finding many texts like

this. I wonder if this isn't partially responsible for the disconnect

between the OIT and the western Indologists: there seems to be a

scarcity of the mainstream western Indological journals here in India.

 

However, Motilal and Munshiram seem to be doing a great job at

importing the necessary books.

at jodhpur(rajasthan)also mst of the journals are avilable.i do not

know if the latest are available,but i have seen many ancient (taht

is 1948,1949,1950 etc.were available there.catalog catalogorma

published from india office London is also available there

the journals of course(old copies from 1940 onwords)are available at

jodhpur(rajasthan) at SHRI SUMER PUBLIC LIBRARY)which is situated in

public park near musium.theremany ancient books ,journals,and

catalogs published from UK,USA etc..,are available.i personally

visited that place and seen them and utilised also.But due to

misuse,removing the papers from books and not returning the book back

to library,the issue of these books being stoped.still if some one

knows and reccomend your name,they can issue them.
